Over 100 Guild Estate Agents Shortlisted for the 2026 ESTAS Awards

More than 100 estate agency offices from The Guild of Property Professionals network have been shortlisted for the 2026 ESTAS Awards, recognising their commitment to delivering outstanding customer service across the UK.

The ESTAS Awards are unique because winners and finalists are chosen based on verified customer reviews. Homebuyers, sellers, landlords and tenants are invited to share feedback after their property transaction has been completed, ensuring that every review reflects a genuine customer experience.

Being shortlisted means these Guild Members have consistently provided high levels of service, support and professionalism to the people they work with every day.

Unlike many industry awards, The ESTAS is based entirely on customer feedback. Every review is independently verified, making the awards one of the most trusted measures of customer satisfaction in the property sector.

For consumers, seeing an estate agent recognised by The ESTAS can provide added confidence that they are choosing a business with a proven track record of putting customers first.

The regional and national winners will be announced at the ESTAS Awards Ceremony on Friday, 16 October 2026, at London's Grosvenor House, where the UK's leading property professionals will come together to celebrate excellence within the industry.

Iain McKenzie, CEO of The Guild of Property Professionals, said:

"We are incredibly proud to see so many Guild Member offices shortlisted for the 2026 ESTAS Awards. These shortlistings are a reflection of the exceptional customer service standards delivered by our Members every day and demonstrate the strength and professionalism of independent estate agencies across the UK.

"The ESTAS is unique because recognition is based entirely on customer feedback, making this achievement particularly meaningful. On behalf of everyone at The Guild, I would like to congratulate all shortlisted Members and wish them the very best of luck for the awards in October."

Whether you're buying, selling, letting or renting a property, customer service can make a significant difference to your experience. The large number of Guild Members recognised this year highlights the network's ongoing commitment to helping clients navigate every stage of their property journey with confidence.

In addition to the success of its Members, The Guild has also been shortlisted in The Supplier Awards, recognising the support and value it provides to independent estate agents throughout the UK.

The shortlistings are a testament to the dedication of Guild Members and their focus on delivering the high-quality service that customers expect when making one of life's most important decisions.
