The application process for a tenant interested in a renting a property starts with the tenant paying a non-refundable £200.00 deposit to commence the application. The deposit will be deducted from the first month's rent payable. Should the tenant not proceed with the tenancy application for whatever reason the deposit is non-refundable, unless the Landlord discontinues the application at which point the deposit will be repaid in full.
The tenant/s will be required to pay one month’s rent in advance plus the equivalent of one month’s rent as a deposit which will be held in the Tenancy Deposit Scheme until the expiry of the tenancy.
The following, non-refundable, fees are payable by the tenant, in addition to the rent in advance and deposit. All fees are inclusive of Vat at the current rate of 20%.
