Millbanks Estate Agents, Attleborough’s longest established estate agency, are delighted to welcome Marilyn Mitchem who has joined our successful winning team as manager of our new in house property management department MILLBANK LETTING AGENTS, which is based within our Attleborough Office and will also serve our New East Harling Office, Marilyn brings considerable local property management experience to this new venture, which now supersedes the previous outsourcing of rental property management.
The emphasis will be firmly on providing a professional service and tayloring the individual needs of both the landlord and tenant. In a competitive market owning a rental property should be a stress free experience and Marilyn will bring a personal service and expertise dealing with the ever changing legislation with regular reporting on the condition of the properties, dealing with repairs through our own approved contractors or if required the landlords own preferred contractors.
